Paper cup telephone

Students of class IIIA Cambridge International Wing performed  Paper cup  Téléphone activity to understand that sound needs medium to travel and in the case of paper cup telephone the medium for sound to travel was String , which unabled the students  to hear the sound of one another standing at a distance holding paper cup connected with a string.

Filtration

Students  were demonstrated the activity of filtration using different apparatus (Glass rod, filter paper ,funnel and two beakers)to filter impure water with insoluble impurities.Students observed the process of filteration and understood the process.This activity enhanced their observational skill.

                                                      

CHANDRAYAAN-2

Dear Parent

We earnestly request all of you not to sleep on September 6th but watch the final few hour's of OUR AWESOME SPACECRAFT, CHANDRAYAAN-2, as it will land on the South Pole of our moon around 1.40 AM on September 7th. Although, We have complete confidence in OUR OWN ISRO, please remember that we are dealing with lunar dust which is very fine and also electrically charged. So much so that it sticks to any surface....We need the collective prayers of 1.2 billion Indians to make this a great and unprecedented success. ISRO with a budget of $ 1.2 billion is really giving NASA, with a budget of $ 21 billion, a run for its money. Since We have so many dear friends who speak and write most major languages, not to speak of friends from every religion and residing in so many countries, We  humbly request all of you to translate this message into your respective languages and forward to as many people as possible so it will reach every Indian on this planet. BRAVO INDIA, BRAVO ISRO....
