Student used a paper ball/foil/ ping pong ball to observe what energy does to the ball and the effect of energy on the movement of ball. Students investigated the effect of energy on an object through observation.
Students of Class II A Cambridge performed hands on activity-"Making Carbon Dioxide" (gas). In this activity Vinegar was mixed with Sodium Bicarbonate in a bottle and a balloon was tied to the opening in the bottle .The product of reaction was Carbon dioxide(gas). This gas inflated the balloon which helped the students to know that we can not see most of the gases but they are present in the atmosphere. Students enthusiastically participated in the activity also students were able to explain the different states of matter involved in the experiment.
CLASS II(Science)

NOTE: Please be ready with the following material for science activity tomorrow(23.7.21)
- Some vinegar
-Baking soda( 1 tablespoon)
- 1 balloon 🎈
-Any small plastic bottle
Students did this hands on activity to observe how water is transported through stem to different parts of plant. Student used a green leafy stem or white flower to observe the transportation. Students were asked to predict what will happen based on their previous knowledge. They observe the stem for 24 hours and came to the conclusion that water transported to different parts through the stem.
CLASS II(SCIENCE)
Activity 'How does water move up a plant Stem?' was conducted in class.

CLASS III(GP)
Introduction of Project -2(Helping People to belong)
Class II(Science)
Ex-1.4 and discussion on how water moves in the plant.
Class III(Science)
Discussion activity on ways to take medicine safely.
Students of Class II performed the activity where the have sown few kidney beans to observe the growth of plant under sunlight and in artificial light. Students will observe the growth pattern in both the condition and record the data . Also to make it a fair test the students used same soil, same pot and same amount of water to be given each day and the number of seed sown are the same .In this activity student will observe the plant growth as part of scientific enquiry.
